15	Allow me a DPH if w/in 15d the school does NOT notify the HO, ODE, & me that the school thinks my complaint is insufficient.
5	Allow me a DPH if the school notifies the HO, ODE, & me that the school thinks my complaint is insufficient & the HO has not decided, w/in 5d, that my complaint meets complaint requirements.
5	If the HO decides that the school's complaint is insufficient or if the school decides to file an AC & I agree to the amendment, & am given the option to resolve the AC via a RM OR the HO agrees (at least 5d before a scheduled DPH) to permit the school to amend complaint.
14	Amend my complaint, if school/HO agree to amend, as follows: If the HO ruled that my complaint was insufficient & I need to amend my complaint then I must file an AC, w/in 14d of when the HO decided that my complaint was insufficient.
14	If I do not file an AC w/in 14d of when the HO decided my complaint was insufficient, then the HO will dismiss my original & AC.
30	Resolve complaint w/in 30d.
30	When the school receives my complaint & does not resolve my complaint w/in 30d then the option to hold a RM w/in 30d has passed & the DPH may occur. The school & I can agree to adjust the 30d.
45	If the 30d to resolve the complaint expires then the DPH decision must be sent w/in 45d after the 30d.
	If I file an AC then the above time parameters are reinitialized.
	Withrawal
15(7)	Conduct RM before DPH (EDPH)
	If I do not participate in the RM then the 30d* for resolution & 45d** for a DPH decision is extended until the RM is held.
	* The 30d is mute, if the school & I agree to bypass the RM.
	** The 45d can be extended, if the school & I agree to use state-coordinated mediation instead of a RM.
30(15)	If the school cannot convince me to participate in the RM then the school may, at the end of the 30d duration (or 15d for EDPH), request the HO to dismiss my complaint.
15 (7)	If the school does NOT conduct a RM w/in 15d (7d for EDPH) of receiving my complaint OR does NOT participate in the RM then I may ask the HO to be involved & begin DPH process w/ 45d duration.
3	If the RM results in a signed written agreement then the school or I may cancel the agreement w/in 3bd.
	If the school requests a DPH then the school is not required to hold a RM w/in any period of time.

7	Request EDPH & get reply w/in 7d.

730	Request DPH w/in 2yrs of when I know or should have known about the action triggering the complaint. EXCEPT: But, if I was prevented from requesting the DPH because the school misled me into thinking the problem was resolved OR the school w/held info that IDEA required the school to send me.
45	If the school requests a DPH & when I receive the complaint notice then the DPH decision must be sent w/in 45d.
	If the school or I request an extension of the 45d then the HO may extend the 45d.
5	If I request a DPH then, at least 5d before the DPH, all parties must share their last completed evaluations & related recommendations.
5	When I am involved in the DPH & if I am NOT shown, at least 5bd, before the DPH any evidence that may be introduced in the DPH then I can stop the introduction of evidence in the DPH.
60	If the complaint is put on hold by OEC to wait for DPH results then the 60d duration begins when the HO issues a decision & the OEC decides that the HO's decision does not address all of the complaint issues or withdraw DPH request.
60	If complaint issues are not addressed in the DPH then the issues will be investigated w/in 60d of when the HO issues a final decision or the DPH request is withdrawn or dismissed.
45	After the DPH is held then the school is to send the decision to all parties w/in 45d. (If the school or I request an extension of the 45d then the HO may extend the 45d.)
45	If the school or I do not appeal the decision w/in 45d then the decision from the DPH is final.
30	After ODE receives an appeal request then, w/in 30d, ODE is to ensure the SLR will reach an independent decision & if I choose send the decision to all parties.
90	If I am NOT satisfied with the SLR's findings & decision then I can file a lawsuit in a state/federal court. After I receive notice of the findings & decision then I can appeal the decision in a US District Court w/in 90d. OR I can appeal the decision in a common pleas court of the county where my child's school is located.
10	If a settlement offer is made to me (in the case review proceeding) at least 10d before the proceedings begin then the court may NOT award me attorney fees for my attorney who may have performed services after I received a written offer to settle.
	If a settlement offer is made to me & I do NOT accept the offer w/in 10d then the court may NOT award attorney fees.
