	Request IEP Facilitator
	Prepare for IEP
30	Hold & attend IEP meeting w/in 30d of decision that my child needs Spec Ed.
	Develop IEP - Use IEP form
120	Complete IEP 30 - decide child needs Spec Ed 90 - receive consent to evaluate 120 - when school/I request evaluation
30	The school must give me a copy of my child's completed IEP at no cost to me w/in 30d of the completion of the IEP meeting.
	IEP must be in effect by my child's 3rd birthday & at the beginning of each school year following that.
