20Hold an IEP meeting, w/in 20d, or as agreed, after the mediation agreement is signed.

W/in 20d of receiving my complaint:

- Review, asap.

- Hold AH.

- Notify all parties of decision.

                            
5Send acknowledgement letter to complainant, w/in 5d, of when the OEC receives the written/signed complaint.

10If I filed a complaint & the school did not reply with a PWN then the school is to reply w/in 10d from when I filed the complaint.                            
10If I receive a complaint filed by the school then I must reply w/in 10d relative to the issues in the complaint.

Amend my complaint, if school or HO agree to amend, as follows:

If my complaint is sufficient & I want to amend my complaint or add new issues then I may ask permission from school & HO to amend/add... The school may agree to the amendment & try to resolve the amended/new issues... The HO may permit the amendment up to 5d before the date when a DPH is scheduled.

15Allow me a DPH if w/in 15d the school does NOT notify the HO, ODE, & me that the school thinks my complaint is insufficient.                            
5Allow me a DPH if the school notifies the HO, ODE, & me that the school thinks my complaint is insufficient & the HO has not decided, w/in 5d, that my complaint meets complaint requirements.                            
5If the HO decides that the school's complaint is insufficient or if the school decides to file an amended complaint & I agree to the amendment, & am given the option to resolve the AC via a RM OR the HO agrees (& at least 5d before a scheduled DPH) to permit the school to amend the complaint.

Amend my complaint, if school/HO agree to amend, as follows:

If the HO ruled that my complaint was insufficient & I need to amend my complaint then I must file an AC, w/in 14d of when the HO decided that my complaint was insufficient.

                            
14If I do not file an AC w/in 14d of when the HO decided my complaint was insufficient, then the HO will dismiss my original & AC.                            
30Resolve complaint w/in 30d.                            
30When the school receives my complaint & does not resolve my complaint w/in 30d then the option to hold a RM w/in 30d has passed & the DPH may occur. The school & I can agree to adjust the 30d.                            
45If the 30d to resolve the complaint expires then the DPH decision must be sent w/in 45d after the 30d.                             
If I file an AC then the above time parameters are reinitialized.
